    January 6 Thursday 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Virtual Event: Thriving in the New Normal Virtual Event- Presented by Show-Me Hope Missouri, these free classes will help discover new strengths and build on known skills. Each Thursday at 11am, from January 6- February 3, login for free coping skills classes. January 6th @ 11am- Fostering wellness January 13th @ 11am- Finding meaning and managing uncertainty January 20th @11am- Recognizing and appreciating your resilience and developing problem-solving skills January 27th @ 11am- Maintaining strong social connections and welcoming mindfulness into your life February 3rd @ 11am- Pausing during a distressing situation and applying what you have learned Show-Me Hope's mission is to leave members of our community with developed skills that will help to manage external challenges, recognize, and build upon their strengths, and to learn how to maintain a sense of thriving in challenging times.
