MANHATTAN SHORT Film Screenings at the Arnold Library Wednesday, October 2 at 6:30pm or Sunday, October 6 at 1:30pm Seating is limited and registration is requested through the calendar of events at www.jeffcolib.org or call 636-296-5171 to register The Arnold Branch is proud to announce that we are a part of the 22nd Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival, a worldwide event taking place in over 400 venues across six continents between September 26th and October 6, 2019. The Final Ten are screened simultaneously across the world during a one-week period, with the Best Film and Best Actor awards determined by ballots cast by the audiences in each participating venue. By virtue of their selection by MANHATTAN SHORT, each short film is automatically Oscar-qualified. You Be the Judge! Which of these ten short films is best? You will be handed a ballot upon entry that allows them to vote for the Best Film and Best Actor.
